Guest guest Posted August 17, 1999 Report Share Posted August 17, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Lemony Brussels Sprouts Recipe By : Cooking Light, March 1995, page 142 Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:04 Categories : Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 pound trimmed Brussels sprouts -- halved 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 Dash salt Coarsely ground pepper Slash the bottom of each Brussels sprout with a shallow X; steam Brussels sprouts, covered, for 6 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine Brussels sprouts and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss well to coat. Sprinkle with pepper.
