Chili-Cheese New Potato Nuggets

3/4 pound small new potatoes (6 or 8)

3 tablespoons butter -- melted

2 tablespoons chili powder

3/4 cup grated mozzarella

 

Scrub potatoes but do not peel. Steam or microwave potatoes until tender.

Preheat broiler. Combine butter and chilli powder in a small bowl. Stir to

blend. When potatoes are tender, toss with chilli butter and place in a single

layer in a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella over top. Broil just until cheese is

melted and bubbly.
