Guest guest Posted August 18, 1999 Report Share Posted August 18, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Curry-Onion New Potato Nuggets Recipe By :Barbara Lindstrom, home economist Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : New Import Potatoes Vegetable Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds small new potatoes 1/4 cup butter 1 small onion -- diced 1 tablespoon curry powder Salt and black pepper Scrub potatoes but do not peel. Steam or microwave potatoes until tender. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small frying pan. Add onion and sauté over medium-low heat until soft and clear. Sprinkle with curry powder, salt and pepper. Remove and set aside. When potatoes are tender, toss with curried butter to coat. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
