Guest guest Posted August 18, 1999 Report Share Posted August 18, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Gremolata (Potato) Nuggets Recipe By :Barbara Lindstrom, home economist Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : New Import Potatoes Vegetable Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds small new potatoes 3 tablespoons butter -- melted 1 garlic clove -- very finely minced Salt and black pepper 1 orange -- finely grated peel 1 lemon -- finely grated peel 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley Scrub potatoes but do not peel. Steam or microwave until tender. Meanwhile, to make gremolata, combine butter and garlic in a small saucepan or place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until butter is melted. Stir in grated orange and lemon peel and chopped parsley. Set aside. When potatoes are tender, toss with butter and citrus mixture and serve at once.
