Potato Pesto Nuggets

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/3 pound small new potatoes (3 to 4) -- or more to taste

1 tablespoon pesto sauce

fresh lemon juice -- optional

 

Scrub potatoes but do not peel. Steam or microwave until tender.

Toss them in pesto while still hot. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice to brighten.
