Guest guest Posted August 24, 1999 Report Share Posted August 24, 1999 Pat, the one thing I do know 'bout them, is if you cook them they turn green. (At least mind did.) I'd suggest adding them to a vinaigrette salad or something. I see <donning a swami hat> something like the wonderful Peffer Salat I lived on in Germany. Different colors of sweet bell peppers, with a vinegar and oil dressing, some toasted pine nuts, maybe some cucumbers for coolness against the vinegar? Wouldn't that be beautiful?
