Grilled Berries Grilled Plums With Orange And Mint Peaches And Pears With Fruit Juice * Exported from MasterCook * Grilled Berries Recipe By : Healthful Cooking, Mary Carroll, Star Tribune 8/12/99 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Fruits Grilling Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pints fresh blackberries or boysenberries 2 large ripe peaches -- pitted and sliced 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt Serves 4. Serve this berry mixture over vanilla frozen yogurt. Preheat grill. Place berries and peaches in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with sugar and vanilla extract.
