Creole Mayonnaise

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 tablespoon minced green onions

1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish

2 teaspoons creole

--or other coarse-grained mustard

1 teaspoon capers

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and set aside. Yield: 1/3 cup

(serving size: 2 teaspoons).
