Ginger Dressing (for noodle salads)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 tablespoons peanut oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dark sesame oil

2 teaspoons minced ginger

 

Put oil, soy, vinegar, sesame oil and minced ginger in a small glass jar with a

tight-fitting lid. Shake well to combine. Makes 1/3 cup.
