Guest guest
This recipe is very delicious. I usually serve it with brown rice and a fresh veggie salad. Add tahini, salt, aminos, onion powder, and garlic powder. Brown tofu over medium heat. Toss and stir until almost brown, then add mineral bouillon. Finish browning, then use as desired. Browned tofu may be used in many ways. You can use it on sandwiches, pizza, in casseroles, or serve it by itself. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : From me: I would use much less salt. Actually, we don't even add the salt to this recipe. I have never been able to find Bragg's liquid aminos, so I have always used tamari (soy sauce). I also have never been able to find Dr. Bronner's mineral bouillon, so I always mix up a bit of vegetable broth powder with water and use that. I mix all the ingredients together, except the tofu. Then I pour it over the tofu and stir and brown.
