Guest guest
You guys are making your lives too hard! In a recipe in MasterCook, simply choose Edit/Copy Recipe. Go into a new e-mail message and choose paste. Done. If you want to send multiple recipes, close the recipe and get to the list display. your recipe hold down your control key, and click (select) on any others you might want to send. Let go of the control key. Choose Edit/Copy Recipe. Go to a new e-mail message and choose paste. Done. Hope that helps! Christine
Guest guest
Even easier is to just use the e-mail in MasterCook itself. I know that many people don't like it, but I've never had a problem with it and use it all the time. Joan, do you have MC4 or MC5? In MC5 you simply click on the little envelope on the right to e-mail a recipe (which is open or that you have chosen from the list of recipes in a cookbook or whatever). You will need to set up your e-mail program first though (which you can do when you click on the little envelope). For MC4, either choose a recipe or take one that's open and choose " recipe " (from top menu) and then " mail recipes " . You have to set up the mail program first with MC4 too. You put in your name, e-mail address, server, etc. If you use some type of web-based e-mail (hotmail, , or even AOL, etc.), then you will have to use the " copy & paste " method Christine described. Let me know if you need anymore help! Karen List Owner > " Christine F. Guest guest
Joan: Oh! I forgot -- in MC4, there is also a little " mail icon " at the top of the screen -- a little envelope to click on. Either click on a recipe or open it (or highlight a group of them) and then click on the little envelope to mail them. Karen > " Karen C.
