Olive Oil and Rosemary Marinade

1 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons rosemary

2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)

 

Crumble rosemary into olive oil and let stand for at least two hours so the

olive oil can leech the rosemary oils. Add lemon juice if desired and marinate

the item in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, turning frequently.

1 juice from lemon -- processed

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

1 large garlic clove

2 tablespoons rosemary leaves

1 cup basil-infused oil

 

In food processor, process the juice of one lemon, salt and pepper, cayenne,

garlic clove for one minute; slowly run in rosemary leaves and basil-infused

oil.
