This is an old old recipe that I've made since I was a child!

Bean Quickie

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cans pinto beans -- drained & rinsed

2 tablespoons onion -- minced

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup corn syrup -- (dark or light)

2 teaspoons dry mustard

 

Cook onion in butter (do not brown). Combine with bean mixture in 1 1/2

qt. casserole.

 

Stir together ketcup, corn syrup, and dry mustard. Mix well and add to

bean mixture. Mix well again.

 

Cover and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
