Guest guest
I can't find the one for the regular essence or the one for Bayou Blast right now. If I find them I will post them. Here are the recipes for the Southwest Rub and the Rustic Rub: Southwest Dry Rub 3 Tbsp chili powder 2 Tbsp sweet paprika 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper 1 Tbsp ground cumin 1 Tbsp ground coriander 1 Tbsp granulated garlic 1 Tbsp granulated onion (onion powder) 1 Tbsp kosher salt (or other coarse salt) 1 Tbsp black pepper Combine a small bowl. Place in an airtight container. Lasts a long time. Rustic Rub 8 Tbsp Paprika 3 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper 5 Tbsp Black Pepper 6 Tbsp Garlic Powder 3 Tbsp Onion Powder 6 Tbsp Coarse Salt 2.5 Tbsp Dried Oregano 2.5 Tbsp Dried Thyme Combine in small bowl. Put in airtight container and will last a long time. When I find the others, I'll post them. RisaG (Happy now Christine!!)

Guest guest
Yes, isn't that a trip? Capers, yet they're green. Another weirdness: In college, as a pitcher, a line drive came back, hit him in the face, and crushed his eye socket and cut his olofactory nerve. His face was reconstructed using psylex. (sylex?) The never never grew back, although of course, they said it would. So his sense of smell is very particular. He can't smell most awful things, but he can smell things with alcohol in them, like perfume. So food is definitely different to him than you and me!! I used one of the spice recieps for him tonight. On something for him not mentionable here, <s> and on the roasted vegetables I made for myself. You're a big winner, Risa-girl! <s>. Thanks! Christine > C.
