It is fabulous but sooo fattening and far from good for you but it is so good that once in a while it is yummy and I don't feel guilty at all: * Exported from MasterCook * Esther's Finekuchen Recipe By : Esthe Weber Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Eggs, Every Way Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 eggs 4 oz cream cheese 1 pinch salt Just beat the eggs then mash in the cream cheese,pour into the pan, let set a bit. Then flip it over (good luck keepin it in one piece!! LOL!!!).. let brown.. YUMMY!!!!!! | Of course it can be doubled and tripled. 2 oz cream cheese for each egg. Just mix well and it is worth every mg cholesterol and g of fat. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : My ex-roommates mom created this (or got it from a relative).
