I, too, have looked far and wide for a vegetarian crockpot cookbook. Maybe

we as a list could compile one?

One crock pot cookbook with a small, but decent vegetarian section is

*Crock-It* by Barbara M. Neslen Published by Starfeather Productions, PO

Box 1986, Sylva, NC 28779. (Published in 1989... ISBN 0962929093).

Some of the other sections contain meatless recipes and I have made some

of the bean soup recipes without the meat flavoring and been very happy. I

will try to post a few recipes when I figure out how to import into my

e-mail program. (Unfortunately I use Pine most of the time.)

Later,

Pat & Kay:

Also, I posted quite a few on the list awhile back, as did Kathleen, so

you might want to check the archives for this list, putting in " crockpot " in

the search feature to see what it comes up with.
