Baked Seasoned Tofu Ideas

Thanks, Mark -- glad you like the recipe.

The easiest and favorite thing I do with baked seasoned tofu ( " Oriental

flavor " ) is to cut it into little pieces and toss it in with frozen stir-fry

veggies, make up a little sauce & add that, and serve over rice (I prefer

Basmati or Jasmine for this).

I would be interested in ideas from others on the list. I've seen the

" Mexican " flavor and " Italian " too -- does anyone use these? What do you do

with them?
