Guest guest Posted September 18, 1999 Report Share Posted September 18, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Pasta with Herbs Recipe By : Linda McCartney's Home Cooking Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:25 Categories : Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound spaghetti or macaroni 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano 1 clove garlic -- crushed 1/2 cup olive oil 1 cup cottage cheese Cook the pasta until tender, rinse under cold water and drain. Mix the herbs, garlic, oil and cheese in a blender, and liquidize to make a sauce. Ad the sauce to the cooked pasta and gently heat, while stirring.
