Easy to put together after work. " " I'd make this again. Try adding some dried black mushrooms(asian market maybe, sometimes costco). The feel is meaty, but the truth..veggie. Pureed roasted eggplant was also a great addition. " " Easy and delicious. I substituted hot pepper sauce for jalapeno one time and it was just as good.
