Guest guest Posted October 5, 1999 Report Share Posted October 5, 1999 Last night I made the Potato-Barley Soup With Wild Mushrooms that I posted on Saturday, leaving out the oil and substituting white wine. It was wonderful! My husband was so impressed! You could substitute some pressed/drained/cut up tofu for a cup of the mushrooms, if you so desired.
