This is my first try at sending to the list. This is one of my favorite recipes

as I suffer from an insatiable sweet tooth.

Combine bean stock, cornstarch,honey, molasses, and soy sauce in a medium

saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 5

minutes.

Add the soybeans to the sauce, and heat thoroughly. Let cool slightly and serve

over rice or millet.

<Note>

I & apos;ve used canned soybeans and they work fine. This recipe is quick and

easy and appeals to my sweet tooth. I serve it over black barley.
