Please accept my apologies for the mess I sent last week. * Exported from MasterCook * Soybeans in Sweet Sauce Recipe By :Barb Bloomfield Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup bean atock 1 tablespoon cornstarch 3 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 cups soybeans -- cooked Combine bean stock, cornstarch,honey, molasses, and soy sauce in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add the soybeans to the sauce, and heat thoroughly. Let cool slightly and serve over rice or millet.
