Saw it on my last ricotta cheese carton. * Exported from MasterCook * Tiramisu Recipe By :Sargento Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/4 cups milk 3 tablespoons brandy OR 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 package vanilla pudding mix - 4 serving size 2 cups 15 oz Sargento ricotta cheese 2 cups frozen whipped topping -- thawed 1/2 cup boiling water 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules 2 pkgs (3 oz each) ladyfingers -- split 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa Place milk and brandy in bowl. Add pudding mix; blend on low speed 2 minutes. Add ricotta cheese; beat on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Combine water and coffee; stir to dissolve. Line bottom of 8 " square baking dish or 2 quart casserole with ladyfingers, cut side up; brush with all but 2 Tbsp. coffee mixture. Spread half of pudding mixture into dish. Place remaining ladyfingers on pudding mixture. Brush with remaining coffee mixture; top with remaining pudding mixture. Chill at least 2 hours.
