Guest guest Posted October 20, 1999 Report Share Posted October 20, 1999 I made this today using soynut butter and added a cup of semisweet chocolate chips and then I served it with a topping of dark chocolate sauce. mm mm, and real quick and easy! * Exported from MasterCook * Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup peanut butter 2 8 oz packages cream cheese -- softened 2 cups powdered sugar 1 12 oz frozen nondairy whipped topping -- thawed, divided 1 6 oz prepared chocolate crumb pie shell In large bowl, combine peanut butter and softened cream cheese. Mix w/ electric mixer until well blended. Add powdered sugar and blend very well. Carefully fold in 2/3 of the whipped topping.
