Guest guest
My question is: Does spelt flour have gluten? I have heard from some people that yes it does, but, I have also heard that spelt flour does not contain gluten. Currently the yes' to no's is 50/50. Help Thanks Joan
Guest guest
Spelt does indeed have gluten, otherwise it could not make such a good bread. It is a very close relative of wheat. For many people who have wheat allergies (but not gluten allergies) it is less allergenic than wheat.
