Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl; set aside. Combine sugar and butter in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (2 to 3 minutes). Continue beating, adding eggs one at a time, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Add sour cream, bananas, and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed (1 minute). Reduce speed to low. Continue beating, gradually adding flour mixture and scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 minute). Gently stir in 1 cup chocolate chips by hand. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over batter.
