Scrambled Tofu

1/2 cup onions -- chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 pounds tofu -- crumbled

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes

5 mushrooms -- sliced

 

Saute onion and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons oil, until tender. Add all other

ingredients and cook in pan, on top of stove until done to the consistency you

like..
