Place a half tomato and half garlic clove on each serving plate. Arrange the bread slices on the hot grate and grill until nicely browned - 2-4 minutes per side. Place a piece of grilled bread on each plate. To eat, rub a bread slice with cut garlic then with cut tomato. Drizzle each slice with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
