1 1/4 cups regular Silk soy milk

3/4 cup instant brown rice

1/4 cup golden raisins

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon ground cloves

 

Serves 2

 

This healthy rice dish makes a simple, guilt-free dessert.

 

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan, place over medium heat until

simmering. Reduce heat to low and cover for approximately 10 minutes or

until liquid is absorbed.

1 package White Wave Vegetarian Sloppy Joe

8 ounces tomato sauce

(or spaghetti sauce)

1 cup favorite vegetables -- finely chopped

8 ounces Mozzarella cheese

(dairy or non-dairy alternative

shredded or sliced thin

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/4 cups White Wave Silk

(water or skim milk also works)

 

Serves 5-7

 

An upside down pizza-like casserole.

 

Mix together the Sloppy Joe package, sauce and vegetables. Layer cheese on

top of the sauce mix. Mix together the flour baking powder and Silk and

pour over the mozzarella layer.

 

The flour mixture should be about the consistency of pancake batter. Add

flour or liquid to adjust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top

is lightly browned.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 deep dish pie crust

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 pound White Wave Soft Tofu

3 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

3 cups pumpkin

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/2 cup honey

1 egg

 

Blend tofu with milk until creamy. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
