Guest guest Posted November 10, 1999 Report Share Posted November 10, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Cherry-Chambord Butter Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetarian Appetizers Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 tablespoons -- (1 stick butter) 1 package cream cheese -- (8 ounces) 2 tablespoons Chambord or other raspberry liqueur 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar 1 small jar good cherry preserves -- (5 ounces) Process the butter, cream cheese, liqueur, and confectioners' sugar in the food processor with the steel knife to blend well. Stir in the preserves by hand. Chill well before serving.
