Guest guest Posted November 10, 1999 Report Share Posted November 10, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Company Ravioli Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetarian Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli -- (24-ounce) 1 cup olive oil 4 cloves garlic -- chopped fine 1 small onion -- chopped fine (option 2 cups chopped fresh spinach -- (or more to taste) 1 package feta cheese -- (4 ounce) any flavor 1 large , ripe tomato, diced 1/2 cup pignoli nuts (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ravioli according to package directions. In skillet, sauté garlic and onion (if using) in olive oil until opaque. Add spinach, reduce heat, cover and cook until spinach is thoroughly done. Add small amounts of water if needed to cook spinach. Drain ravioli and place, single layered, in a rectangular baking dish. Pour spinach mixture over ravioli. Top with tomato, feta cheese and nuts.
