Corn Pudding

3 tablespoons margarine

2 cups corn -- cut from cob

3 tablespoons flour

3 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup milk

 

 

Place margarine in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Place in 350-degree oven to melt.

 

In a bowl, mix eggs, corn, flour and sugar. Add milk. Pour into melted

margarine. Mix well in casserole. Bake for 10 minutes; stir well. Return to oven

and bake 10 or more minutes until set (it took ours 20 minutes and it was still

a little soft).
