Guest guest Posted November 10, 1999 Report Share Posted November 10, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Black Bean Tortilla Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetarian Beans Ethnic Mexican Vegan Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups cooked black beans (1 can -- drained) 1 1/2 cups organic corn meal or masa harina -- (1 1/2 to 2) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon oil 1 1/4 cups water (approximately) Buzz beans in food processor or blender until puréed. Add dry ingredients. Add oil. Add water as needed until soft dough forms. Let rest for a few minutes.
