Imperial Roast

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/4 cup rice -- natural

1 egg -- hard boiled

2 cups bread -- dry, cubed

1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped

1/2 cup onions -- grated

2 Tbsp. margarine

3 Tbsp. evaporated milk

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. sage

 

Cook rice. Boil eggs and dice. Break bread, soak in water, drain and

measure. Blend all ingredients together and mix well. Place in oiled pan

to depth of about 2 inches. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour. Serve with

gravy or tomato sauce.
