Guest guest Posted November 11, 1999 Report Share Posted November 11, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Rhubarb Custard Pie Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. salt 3 slightly beaten eggs 1 lb. rhubard -- cut in 1 - inch slices (4 cups) Pastry for 9 - inch pie with lattice top. 2 Tbsp. margarine Combine sugar, flour, and nutmeg; beat into the eggs. Stir in rhubarb. Line 9 - inch pie plate with pastry; fill. Dot with margarine. Top with lattice crust; flute edge. Bake in 400 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes.
