Guest guest Posted November 11, 1999 Report Share Posted November 11, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Tahini Cheese Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups water 1 cup quick cooking oats ½ cup cashew nuts ½ cup sesame tahini 3 tablespoons yeast flakes 1 tablespoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon dill (optional) 3/4 cup pimientos or red bell pepper 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 ½ teaspoon vege-sal ( or 1 teaspoon salt) ¼ teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon potato flour (optional) -- (1 to 2) Blend all ingredients until smooth. Potato flour may be added if thicker sauce is desired, but remember that it thickens when cooked or broiled on toast.
