Guest guest Posted November 11, 1999 Report Share Posted November 11, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Fusilli with Artichoke Hearts Recipe By :Classico - Italian Foods to Savor Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces fusillu 1 onion -- finely chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 26 oz jar Classico di Sicilia (mushrooms and ripe olives) pasta sauce 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts -- drained and quartered 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley salt and pepper freshly grated Pamesan OR Romano cheese Cook fusilli as package directs. Drain. In saucepan, over medium heat, cook oniion in oil until tender. Add pasta sauce, artichoke hearts, and parsley, simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss artchoke mixture with hot fusilli and serve topped with Parmesan or Romano cheese.
