Guest guest Posted November 12, 1999 Report Share Posted November 12, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Corn and Black Bean Wraps Recipe By :Pillsbury, Burgers, Wraps, and Sandwiches Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 15 oz can black beans -- drained and rinsed 1 11 oz can whole kernal corn with red and green peppers -- drained 2 oz (1/2 cup) shredded Monterey jack cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 cup Old El Paso Salsa 4 8 or 9-inch jalapeno flour tortillas Heat oven to 350F. In medium bowl, combine black beans, corn, cheese, cilantro, and 1/4 cup salsa; mix well. Spoon 1/4 of bean mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla; wrap each in foil. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa, if desired.
