Guest guest Posted November 12, 1999 Report Share Posted November 12, 1999 Recipe for Lemon Herb Mayonnaise to follow * Exported from MasterCook * Portobello Mushroom Wraps Recipe By :Pillsbury, Burgers, Wraps, and Sandwiches Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 6 oz packages Portobello mushroom caps 1 tablespoon oil 1 green bell pepper -- cut into strips 1 medium onion -- sliced, separated into rings 4 7 or 8-inch tomato basil flour tortillas 1/4 cup lemon-herb mayonnaise (recipe to follow) With small metal spoon, scrape underside of mushroom caps to remove dark gills. Cut into slices. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon Lemon-Herb Mayonnaise. Spoon vegetable mixture evenly down center of each tortilla. Roll up.
