Guest guest Posted November 14, 1999 Report Share Posted November 14, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Italian Beans Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Side Dishes Vegetarian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pkg. frozen Italian-style cut green beans -- (10 oz. each) 1 medium onion 2 cups -- canned, whole peeled, tomatoes 1/8 tsp. cumin 1 Tbsp. cornstarch in 1/2 c. water Sauté onion in a large saucepan. Add tomatoes, then green beans, and cumin. Cook until beans are done. Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixture.
