Guest guest Posted November 19, 1999 Report Share Posted November 19, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Impossible Spinach and Feta Pie Recipe By :Betty Crocker, Bisquick, October 1999 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach -- thawed and squeezed to drain 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 4 medium green onion -- sliced (1/4 cup) 1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix (original or reduced fat) 2/3 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 eggs Heat oven to 400F. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Mix spinach, cheese, and onions in pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
