Guest guest
I have an option for you when it comes to the bread. We have been doing this successfully on my ABM recipe list, we make our own brown & serve breads or rolls. If you don't have a bread machine, then you can make the dough by hand. Roll it out and make the shape you want or make a loaf. Bake it partially until it is just set and not jiggly. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool completely. When cool, wrap well in heavy duty foil. Then when you want, you can defrost it and bake it for about 20 minutes or so at 400°F. The first bake part of it should be done at 300°F for about 10-15 minutes until set but not brown. This works really well. Or you can make the dough and freeze it. That works well too. Just defrost it completely and let it rise in a draft-free spot. Then bake as usual. I hope these tips help you out. RisaG (owner of a new Breadman TR444!)
