Guest guest
Sounds like a very mature, considered decision. Difficult as well. I have always found it amazing that people take such offense at what I *DON'T* put in my mouth!! Would they care so much if I were eating dirt? I guess it always falls into them feeling attacked or less in some way. But that remains their issue, not mine. My husband and I joke with each other that if the other is hungry, they should get off their duff and cook. Also, if they don't like what the other is cooking, don't eat it. Then we make noodles or rice and veggies, I throw him a slab o'beef, and we chow. I am lucky that I'm not an eithical veggie. Good luck to you. This can be a big obsticle. Remember that to compromise is good, but it's never good to compromise oneself. Christine F.
