Guest guest Posted December 5, 1999 Report Share Posted December 5, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Monterey Spaghetti Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Vegetarian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 oz spaghetti -- broken to 2 " pieces 1 egg 8 oz sour cream 1/4 c Parmesan cheese 1/4 t garlic powder 2 c shredded Monterey Jack 10 oz frozen spinach -- thawed + drained 1 can french-fried onions Cook spaghetti according to directions. Meanwhile, beat egg. Add sour cream, Parmesan, + garlic. Drain spaghetti. Add to egg mixture with cheese, spinach, and 1/2 the onions. Pour into greased 2-qt baking dish. Cover + bake 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with remaining onions. Return to oven 5 min. Serves 4-6.
