Guest guest Posted December 5, 1999 Report Share Posted December 5, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * One-Dish Meal Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dish Vegetarian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 c long-grain rice 1 lg. onion -- sliced thin 3 lg. carrots -- sliced thin 2 lg. potatoes -- sliced thin Layer the ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish: Lightly salt & pepper each layer as you put it in the dish. Pour 4-1/2 c. V-8 juice over all. Bake at 325 for 1 hr. 15 min to 1-1/2 hours.
