1 can unsweetened peach halves -- (16 ounce)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons honey

 

Yield: 1 cup Serving Size: 1/4 cup

 

Drain peaches and place into a large bowl. Add honey and cinnamon. Mash to the

consistency of chunky applesauce.

 

Variations: In place of cinnamon: nutmeg, ginger, mint or rosemary. In place of

peaches: pears, apricots, plums or nectarines.
