[Veg Recipes] request for stir fry recipe

Hi Everyone

 

My boyfriend was complaining last night that I can't make a

stir fry " like in the restaurants " . It's not that mine aren't good, it's

that it's not the same. Does anyone have some excellent stir fry (sauce )

recipes (or some that are just out of the ordinary)? Also (pardon the basic

question) my boyfriend also complains that my comes out too sticky (I like

sticky rice) Anyway, he wants it to be fluffy like instant, but I am not

sure how. He experimented last night and ended up making a rice paste (and

he thinks MINE was bad). Anyway, do any of you have advice for the rice

-challenged?
