Hanna, I use Uncle Ben's rice ... the kind that takes 20 minutes or so. I

used to always use instant minute rice but when I tried Uncle Ben's I was

amazed to find that each rice was whole and separate. Hope this helps.

Also, you can always decrease the amount of water to make it less sticky,

but try the Uncle Ben's.

How funny -- I was going to tell Hannah the very same thing, but have

been too busy at work to respond.

Yes, Uncle Ben's converted is the best rice I've found for making

non-sticky rice. I add a little bit of salt and margarine to the cooking

rice.

Update for All: I have finally received my insurance reimbursement and

have my new computer ordered! We're going to pick it up tomorrow. Of

course, I'll have to get everything installed, set up, etc., but I hope to

be " back in business " by sometime next week.
