Guest guest Posted December 11, 1999 Report Share Posted December 11, 1999 I don't know if anyone suggested this yet, but when using rice in stir-frys, I make the rice earlier in the day and refrigerate it. Before use, I separate the rice with a fork. The cold rice isn't as starchy as freshly cooked rice, and stays separated in the stir fry.
