So sorry... there were problems with a few links on the page. They have now

been corrected (and VERIFIED) with FrontPage 2000, so hopefully no one else

will have trouble. If you DO... please let me know!

Hello, the Nadeem Cokar MasterCook site has been updated... for those of you

who aren't wares, the site has a once-or-twice weekly update. Each updates

is thematic, and not only includes recipes, but other links that are

relevant to the topic (i.e.: if the theme is " Healthy recipes " , you'll find

other links to healthy lifestyles on that page as well).
